Who we are

Fortbuilders Construction and Development Corporation was founded   in November 2005. The company’s Design and Build Services cover a mix of small to large scale commercial and residential properties ranging from about Pesos 10 Million up to about Pesos 900 Million.

The company is led by a highly qualified and dynamic management team of licensed engineers, architects and finance personnel. About 90% of projects awarded to Fortbuilders are for General Contracting Design and Build.

Up until the end of 2018, the company has completed 150 projects with 5 projects in progress. Known  Corporations  and personalities are some examples of excellent client relationships that Fortbuilders has fostered over the years from successful project deliveries .These are achieved through inclusive project management leadership and constant practicing of the company’s values on commitment to quality and integrity. We take pride in our employees whom we constantly invest in training , whether it is for regulatory compliance such as safety accreditation, upgrading labor skills or assisting them in adopting the latest industry technology/equipment. That has resulted in the low employees turnover over the years.
